For free delivery and erection to apply, Upon arrival of the garden shed with the fitting team the shed base must be...Easily Accessible, Level & Free from obstruction and suitable for the weight of the shed. Additional charges may occur if the team have to return to fit the shed or correctly adjust the base to suit the shed.

 

Delivery

The shed will be delivered in the agreed time slot and erected during the delivery stage. Access to the site must be clear unless otherwise agreed prior to delivery. Customer does not have to be present for install but must leave suitable access and have confirmed their absence prior to delivery.

 

Sizes

All sizes stated on the website are nominal. Sizes vary due to customer needs and overall internal size is NOT as listed. 8x6 Shed is usually at the largest point- the roof., If the shed is to fit in a tight spot or exactly 8ft is needed internal space. It is the Customers responsibility to make this clear prior to ordering. No responsibility shall be taken for sheds we have made correctly to the agreed drawing sizes. If these sizes then prove to be incorrect. We will happily help with measuring for you to prevent any problems and ensure you get exactly the size you require.

Framing

The framing sizes listed are measured in inch's. these measurements are guide to size only, 2"x 2" usually measures down to 45mm-48mm. This is due to the planing process. 3mm is a widely accepted tolerance within the industry. If you have any doubts or questions about exact specifications, Please confirm before ordering. Littleport Timber Buildings clearly states sizes are nominal and therefore takes no responsibility over fluctuations within the measurements.

Payment

Payment in full is expected upon installation of the product, the unit remains the property of Littleport Timber Buildings until paid for in full, however the liability for the product transfers to the buyer once our team has left. We reserve the right to collect any buildings that havent been paid for in FULL under the Retention of Title clause s.19 of Sale of Goods Act 1979. Title to {the Product} shall remain vested in {Littleport Timber Buildings} and shall not pass to {the Buyer} until the purchase price for {the Product} has been paid in full and received by {Littleport Timber Buildings}. We reserve the right to re-enter the property solely for the purposes of reclaiming our product if payment is not recieved in full. No refunds shall be given for neglect or misuse leading to destruction of parts or damage to the building. Any deposits taken during the ordering stage are non-refundable and this will be explained during the deposit payment stage.  By ordering a shed you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out here.
